BIOGRAPHY OF GABRIELLE IVANIER.
Attorney Ivanier is a licensed Maryland attorney and a recent graduate of the George Washington University Law School where she was on the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law and on the board of Law Revue. Originally from Montreal, Canada but raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Gabrielle is fluent in French and is shaped by her experience growing up in the international community. She is dedicated to using her legal education and skills to be a just and ethical advocate in her community.
Gabrielle’s past legal experience includes work in criminal prosecution and criminal tax law. In her last year of law school, she worked at the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Alexandria as a Law Clerk. She has also worked in the Criminal Law division of the IRS, and as a legal intern for the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys. Prior to law school, Gabrielle was a member of the Americorps Service Corps, working as a reading tutor and teacher for elementary school children.
In 2020, Gabrielle received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a Legal Studies Concentration from Kenyon College. She is driven by a passion for ethics, justice, and advocacy.
