BIOGRAPHY OF  SADE CLARKE, ESQUIRE

Sade Clarke is a D.C. licensed attorney who specializes in tax, trust and estates, and business

law. Sade is a recent cum laude graduate of The University of the District of Columbia, David A.

Clarke School of Law (UDC Law), where she graduated a semester early. At UDC Law, Sade

served as the President of Phi Alpha Delta, Cahn Chapter, and the Chair of the Wellness

Committee. Committed to improving mental health and wellness for law students, Sade worked

with UDC’s administration to streamline exam procedures and incorporate wellness activities

throughout the year.

Sade found a way to happily marry her passion for the law across three fields: estate planning,

tax, and consumer law through self-study, internships, and law school clinical trainings

(Community Development Law Clinic & Tax Clinic). Sade places a high value on being a well-

rounded advocate and has experience in intellectual property, employment, and corporate law.

She understands that advocacy is fluid and can take many forms. Sade’s goal is to be of service

to others in the legal field.

In Spring 2024, Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law, accepted Sade as their

Federal Tax Clinic’s first graduate assistant in exchange for her Tax L.L.M on a full scholarship.

Sade graduated with her Tax LLM, certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova in September

2025. Before law school, Sade obtained her B.A. in Liberal Arts from Central High School of

Philadelphia in 2013, the only high school in the U.S. permitted to issue honorary degrees upon

graduation in lieu of a diploma, for academic excellence. In 2016, Sade graduated from The

Pennsylvania State University, University Park, with her B.S. in Psychology: Neuroscience

Concentration.

Sade’s work is driven by passion, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to excellence and helping

others every step of the way.
